Shipping & Returns

Return  Policy

We will accept returns of merchandise within 15 days of the original purchase date.

All returns need to be sent with a Return Authorization Number.  Please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

RAN's expire 15 days after being issued. We suggest you send the package by registered or insured mail since AndeanArt is not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping.

The merchandise must be unused and have all the original tags and labels affixed, as they were when the merchandise was delivered. The credit card or method of payment used to purchase the merchandise will be credited promptly upon the acceptance of returned merchandise. We may also issue you credit towards your next order or send you a business check with the refund.

Clearly print your name, address and RAN on the outside of the package in the return area. We will not accept any return without the RAN# printed or clearly written on the top of the returned box.

Unless it was our mistake, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If the item was shipped with free shipping we will charge you for the actual original cost of shipping the item.



We will ship your order within 1-3 business days of receipt.

You can select UPS or USPS for shipping at the checkout while placing your order.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.


Sample Policy

We welcome new customers to sample our products before purchasing. We would treat this as any other order, but if you decide upon arrival, that you wish to return any or all of the products, we will send you a return shipping label and refund you for the products you did not wish to keep.
